Our Human Resources Policy

TRM’s HR policy is centered on maximizing human resource potential to achieve our targets for absolute client satisfaction and high-quality service.   Security requires expertise; therefore, we enforce a rigorous recruitment policy. The security personnel serving within our structure are selected based on the following criteria:

-Fully compliant with Private Security Law No. 5188

-At least a high school graduate with a clean criminal record

-Successfully vetted through background checks

-Completed basic private security training and obtained an active security certificate

-Adaptable to a 24-hour shift schedule

-Physically fit and healthy

-Experienced in public relations and client relations

-Knowledgeable in professional and technical security disciplines

-Excellent observation and situational awareness skills

-Ability to make rapid decisions and resolve conflict efficiently

-Accustomed to high-intensity work environments, vigilant, courageous, and trained to neutralize threats when necessary

-Proficient in using all technical equipment and gear under their responsibility

-Certified in accordance with Law No. 5188

-Military service completed (preferably in commando units)

-Minimum of 3 years of active experience in security services
